Our company Dooson is specialized in dealing with a rice processing complex located at the Balan Industrial Complex, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
After it was established in 1994 as a Asian branch of an American silo manufacturing company, Dooson was successful in opening a new chapter for its second foundation by designing its own products and localizing them, and has had its technological power recognized well at home and abroad by acquiring a certificate of new technology (NT) from the Agency for Technology and Standards by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy.
Under the corporate motto of “Comfortable Workplace, Creative Thinking and Sufficient Technology,” we, Dooson, have collected various ideas and proposals from our staffs through free discussions and reflected them on the system immediately. We have been ready to reward every staff who presents excellent ideas for corporate development.
As a company name, the word Dooson literally means that this company is made up of employers on one hand and employees on the other hand. In other words, we hope that Dooson will become the place where all the executives and employees put their top priority on corporate harmony more than anything else.
Although it is important to gain much profit from selling products, we aim to strength the competitiveness of agricultural industry by encouraging harsh rural communities to manage their grain for best quality.
As we face a new influx of imported rice, we will take the lead in increasing the profits of rural districts by materializing the high quality of grain at home. To cope with a rapid decline in agricultural labor force, we will do our best to raise the competitiveness of Korean agricultural industry by developing and supplying the automatic grain drying, storing and processing facilities.
